By creating an account or using Syncovi, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Syncovi is a time-off tracking tool for small teams, provided by Syncovi. These terms govern your use of the Syncovi web application and any related services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Syncovi. If you are signing up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms without notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, a paid plan is required to continue using the service. We reserve the right to limit or end trials at our discretion.
Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly plans on a monthly cycle, annual plans once per year. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your billing information before access is restricted.
Monthly plans — you may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Annual plans — you may cancel at any time. You retain full access through the end of your paid year. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
We may change pricing or plan features in the future. If we make changes that affect your current plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before they take effect.
Your use of Syncovi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Syncovi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syncovi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, missed requests, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Syncovi shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Syncovi after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By using Syncovi, you agree that authorized Syncovi support personnel may access your workspace when necessary to investigate technical issues, diagnose service problems, or assist in resolving issues affecting your instance. Access is limited to what is reasonably required to address the matter at hand and is not used for any other purpose.
